Custom Benefits

Custom offers a competitive package of benefits to qualified temporary employees:

Direct Deposit
We offer direct deposit with the bank of your choice. If you sign up with Citibank (with no pre-existing account) you get one year of free checking.

401K Plan (with employer contributions)
When you have worked at Custom for one year and have 1,000 hours for one calendar year, you are eligible for Custom's 401(k) Plan. Pre-tax payroll deductions will be added to your plan with Custom contributing. See our bookkeeper for further details.

Medical (Empire Blue Cross HMO)
Temporary employees who have worked a minimum of 1,000 hours are eligible for a group health insurance policy. There are seven types of plans offered. Each will allow monthly premiums to be deducted automatically from your paycheck. If you are interested, please request an information packet with enrollment forms from our bookkeeper.

Long Term Disability
We offer a voluntary disability income protection program for all of our temporaries employees. The program allows you to choose your disability insurer. These insurers will require individual underwriting, but they offer policies that cannot be canceled and have level premiums to age 65. Referral Bonuses
Our temporary employees have referred most of our employees to us. Since we can never have enough good employees, we would appreciate anyone you can send our way. After your referral has worked for us for 70 hours, we will give you a bonus.

Free Training
We upgrade employee's software skills and crosstrain which allows us to market them to many of our demanding Clients.
